Quentin Epiney, founder of FGP Swiss & Alps, is passionate about real estate. A prop-tech entrepreneur, he focuses on the most exclusive properties in Switzerland and the French Alps, offering services tailored to the most demanding clients. FGP Swiss & Alps is a subsidiary of Groupe Comptoir Immobilier, the oldest property management company in Geneva, and excels in the management, development and sale of residential and commercial properties, under the direction of Paul and Quentin Epiney.

An engineer by training with over 20 years’ experience in multinationals and strategy consulting, Sébastien joined FGP Swiss & Alps at the beginning of 2022 as Director of Operations, based in Geneva. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company and its teams on a day-to-day basis, as well as developing the organisation and the brand’s image and influence. Passionate about real estate and obsessed with customer satisfaction, Sébastien is committed to making FGP Swiss & Alps the benchmark for prestige real estate in Switzerland and the French Alps.

With a passion for real estate and a wealth of experience in the aviation industry, as well as in several real estate groups in Geneva and the canton of Vaud, Sarah is an accomplished broker specialising in prestige properties. Renowned for her in-depth knowledge of the market, her ability to listen, and her rigour and professionalism, she excels at building lasting relationships with her clients, based on mutual respect and a sincere commitment to the success of their property project. Skilled and perceptive, she accompanies them at every stage of their property journey, providing comprehensive support that encompasses not only property, but also legal and financial aspects. Sarah is based at the FGP Swiss & Alps branch in Nyon and mainly covers the Côte Vaud region.

After an academic career at the University of Geneva, focusing on finance and management, Hubert has specialised since 2018 in the brokerage of prestigious properties, mainly in the canton of Geneva. A native of Geneva, his deep roots in the region and his in-depth understanding of the local property market enable him to offer his clients a personalised and unique service. Hubert also distinguishes himself by listening carefully and attentively to his clients’ needs, constantly striving to meet their expectations in the best possible way. His experience in showcasing exceptional and unique properties over the years has enabled him to develop a unique expertise in luxury real estate. Her aim is to create memorable real estate experiences by facilitating the connection between owners of exceptional properties and discerning buyers.

Cathelene joined FGP Swiss & Alps in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Geneva’s prestige real estate sector, gained through working with leading companies. Specialising in the sale and valuation of high-end residential properties in the Geneva region, she owes her in-depth knowledge of the sector to her total immersion in the business, enabling her to develop her professional network and understand the nuances and fluctuations of the local market. Her passion for her job is reflected in her commitment to customer satisfaction, always striving to exceed their expectations and offering attentive service, a personalised approach and tailored solutions. Whether assisting with the acquisition or facilitating the sale of an exceptional property, Cathelene is determined to support her clients every step of the way, offering her expertise, dedication and professionalism.

Born into a multicultural family, Daniel grew up in Crans-Montana, in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Having always been exposed to the demanding, international clientele who visit the resort, he has developed a great capacity for listening, as well as a keen sense of hospitality that has enabled him to create strong, lasting links with visitors of all nationalities. Self-taught and passionate, his in-depth knowledge of the Valais region and his solid network have gradually led him to move into the property sector, specialising in the brokerage of exceptional properties. After several years’ rewarding experience with a prestigious property broker in Crans-Montana, Daniel joined FGP Swiss & Alps in 2022 with the ambition of accelerating the development of his business in Crans-Montana and throughout the canton of Valais.

Laurence is an accomplished and trusted broker with years of experience in the Holy Land and on the Côte Vaudoise. Before moving into prestige real estate, Laurence developed solid expertise in human resources and recruitment with several multinationals in Geneva, enabling her to understand and meet the specific needs of her expatriate clients with precision. She then turned her attention to the relocation and sale of top-of-the-range properties, offering her clients a highly professional and personalised service with various real estate agencies in Geneva and the canton of Vaud. A keen mountain biker, Laurence also enjoys swimming in cold water in Lake Geneva, an activity that reflects her dynamism and taste for challenges.

After four years in the banking industry and with previous experience as a broker, Sarah has returned to real estate since 2018 as a sales and management assistant. Through this role and thanks to her fine expertise in the sector, Sarah provides comprehensive support for administrative and operational aspects, with the aim of simplifying every stage of the property process. She is also deeply committed to customer satisfaction, and strives to provide a bespoke and attentive service. Her diverse background in demanding environments, her in-depth understanding of the real estate sector and her attention to detail contribute to the excellence of FGP Swiss & Alps’ client management.

A graduate of a Swiss hotel school, Mégane began her career in luxury hospitality, where she learnt about rigour, high standards and the art of customer service, values that she now considers essential in her professional approach. She then developed her real estate and project management skills as a management assistant with a well-known real estate company in the Geneva area, before joining the Nyon office of FGP Swiss & Alps in 2023 as a sales assistant. Deeply committed to customer satisfaction, with a keen mind and excellent listening skills, Mégane strives to exceed customer expectations by providing a personalised, accurate and attentive service.
