To get Swiss citizenship by marriage, you need to apply to the Swiss Federal Office of Citizenship.

The requirements are very high: You must have a residence permit from Canton.

You have to be living in Switzerland permanently for at least 10 years.

You have to pass an integration exam. The integration exam is a language test and an examination of your skills. The most important thing to remember is that you need to apply at the office of your place of residence in Switzerland.
